1. 30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns (Hygiene Requirements)
Due to the hygienic nature of oral care products, your item must meet the following strict conditions to be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

It must be completely unused and the original factory seal must be intact.

It must be in its original packaging with all accessories included.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Start a Return

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Used dental products will be rejected for health safety reasons.

4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if:

The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

You received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement right away.
5. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Used Personal Care Goods: Any dental tool or toothbrush that has been opened or used cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

Custom products: Special orders or personalized items.

Sale items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the unopened item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the product remains sealed and unused as per hygiene standards.
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return for its original seal, we will notify you if the refund was approved.
